Freelance programming jobs is pretty much like d. smith has written out in his Family Life and Sports: Fourth Soccer Game, a personal blog of a soccer coach. He encountered a problem on having a few players to play for the entire game. Despite that, the team players were very cooperative - they worked together to emerge victorious in the end.

When I work at freelance programming jobs, I get to interact with clients. Sometimes there are problems encountered as one gets to work with the job. Even worse is to come up with reasons why the work is delayed. Maybe telling off a family emergency may work, but being tied up with other projects or commitments can really anger a client.

In my experience it happened to me that my home internet connection was off for one week. I was not a reason for me not to continue doing the website - since most of the sections of the site can be done offline; I proceeded in finishing those parts of the project.

Thus, freelance jobs are basically the same with that soccer game. The client simply wants the end result of the finished work - just like achieving victory in the soccer game - without knowing all the nitty-gritty details of how the work came to be.

Get CCNA Wireless Certified

One of the hottest Cisco jobs around is into wireless networking that needs CCNA Wireless certification. I’ve got some friends working in IT who are pursuing a Cisco certification to gain knowledge on wireless networking. According to them, their companies need them to get trained and certified to cope up with the trend to wireless networking.

I’ve written a post why Cisco skills pave the way for a good career path for those in network administration. Higher pay is the main perk of this skill coupled by further career growth. Opportunities will surely grow as internet continues to be a way of life, as Cisco has long proved its worth in supporting the internet backbone and office connectivity of various companies and businesses.

Cisco Learning Network is dedicated to providing Cisco skills and allows professionals to interact with one another. It is a learning center where a professional can get to share knowledge and opinions as well as earn the needed Cisco certifications from the entry to the professional and specialist levels. News articles are also a staple in the website, so everyone is not lost to the latest developments. Its active community of members even makes the site more inviting.

For one who is interested in CCNA wireless, The Cisco Learning Network requires valid CCNA as the prerequisite and Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials (IUWNE) is the associated exam for CCNA Wireless. The CCNA Wireless certification is valid for only three years but it is possible to recertify once more to retain this certification.

I’ve been blogging in SocialSpark lately: it is a lot different to other paid blogging sites that I’ve worked with. For one, SocialSpark allows advertisers to interact with the bloggers. It is more like an informal virtual place where everyone gets to mingle with everyone else on the same level - like a social networking site where one person can get to be friends with another person.

Social Spark

SocialSpark is a sister site of PayPerPost and is a new blog marketing innovation created under the IZEA roof. Advertisers get to post opportunities that may be available to the blogger. Handpicking bloggers is possible through the use of Selected Blogroll and Selected Street Team which are available to the advertiser. Opportunities are automatically available to bloggers if they meet specific criteria such as highest monthly pageviews and highest monthly visitors. If a blogger does not meet the particular criteria for the opportunity, he or she can opt to request a slot for the job - an opportunity for that person to express his interest in writing the post and providing a suitable explanation how this will help the advertiser.

IZEA

Advertisers can also opt to create Sparks, which does not cost the advertiser anything and simply gives SocialSpark bloggers ideas on what they have to put up in their posts. But of course paid buzz about a particular product or service still remains to be the primary interest of bloggers in that place.

To start with, simply type SocialSpark.com and get to build your campaigns; don’t forget to add me to your blogroll and street team and have me write a review or a buzz just like this.

Undoubtedly, getting Cisco certification is a must-have to those who need professional advancement in Information Technology. I’ve been considering getting Cisco training at one point in time, but during that time somehow trainings are not easily accessible in my country (the Philippines). If there is, then it is not really easy to pay for such trainings using a personal budget, and it is often that the employer pays the employee to obtain such training. This was years back when I was still employed in the IT department of a famous military institution in my country.

Cisco certified IT personnel is pretty much in demand locally and I often run into friends who landed on higher paying overseas jobs. I have recently mentioned that Cisco-certified skills get high paychecks and the yearly average still gets even higher.

Cisco Learning Network

Cisco Learning Network offers comprehensive training in various Cisco topics. Training starts with a course on IP Networking, which leads to other advanced courses that will help further enhance the foundation of Cisco skills. The CCNA Wireless is one of the hot courses in demand because of the technological trend toward using wireless facilities, so it is often wise to choose this course (at the beginning) to meet the market job demand for this skill before others get to know such demand and follow.

Connect to Cisco Learning Network now to meet other professionals and learn further keep abreast of the latest trend in this technology. This learning network is one great way to connect to other Cisco professionals to advance in one’s career.

I am one of the more 8 million Mozilla Firefox fans who flocked into the Mozilla site to download the newest version at the most awaited Download Day 2008 which bloggers widely talked about. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox version 3.0 and I was surprised not to encounter errors in downloading files though. I got into the site and I was able to download the file.

Let me flaunt my successful participation in this great download day:
To those who are not still familiar with this browser (I doubt it), there are Mozilla Firefox free download sites to try and check out this great browser. I have not switched back to using Internet Explorer because this browser loads up fast in my computer. I really like the innovative tabbed browsing which keeps my taskbar tray organized.
