		<description>I was never a big fan of CBT. It makes me sleep and bored easily. I&#039;d rather start on my own by buying a book and installing a trial version of a software. It works better for me. When I start hearing a monotonous voice explaining technical details, it really makes me yawn.

But there are people who loves CBT and do learn things fast. So, I guess this is more of a preference rather than convenience. Sooner or later, more and more CBT providers will be out there.
