After verifying using a VCC, add your local bank account, then withdraw the funds there. That’s what I did.

An average VCC costs about $5 – $15 depending on the seller. I know it’s not really recommended but my experience with it was okay. I bought one for $5 (2 years ago) and it lasted me 2 years. So far I’ve never encountered any problems with it. It’s still better (and recommended) to use an actual card but I guess if you need to verify your Paypal account asap, then VCC is a good option.

Yeah… that is my prob now because I want to do a small theme shop as a sideline and my paypal is not verified. Plus I have a client who retired from her work in London and wrote 3 novels. She receives pension through Allied bank but has no credit card. Looking at her lifestyle, she doesn’t even need a credit card so I was wondering from our discussion a while ago if debit cards were accepted by Paypal just so she could transfer funds.

I hope there are more ATM/debit cards that Paypal could accept for just the simple step of verifying it. People had been getting money out from Paypal for so many years and banks aren’t that fast enough to cope up with this demand.

Thanks for this. I just recently opened a paypal account, so now problems yet with limits. (Zero balance. lol.) But this will be useful for in the future.
