I’ve just mentioned in a previous post that not everyone can get their skills to make money online. I’ve noticed that most skills that are needed online are those that are related to building the internet. It is easier to make such money online for people who already have these skills:

1. Programming: this skills has already been even when the internet age has not started. Programming skill is still a much-sought after skill and this has diversified well into many areas and programming languages.
2. Graphic design: anyone who is into logo design can easily find jobs in this area. There is also a constant demand for Flash and multimedia designers. CAD skills also prop up once in a while.
3. Web design: there is always an demand for this one as small businesses put up their wares or internet presence online.
4. Writing: good writing skills in English will always be in demand especially in making content for the web.
5. Data Entry: this is probably one of the easiest outsourced jobs that can be done with the basic knowledge in MS Office applications and the internet.
6. Medical Transcription: this is a growing field for those working at home. Transcription often involves creating consolidating medical reports. This would still require months-long training. Experienced ones can gain a good income from this job.
7. SEO and SEM: I’ve put this into a different category because I really believe that this one needs a different set of skills. There are also some people who are purely do these kind of work. Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) works hand in hand to make a website easily accessible to search engines as well as promote its publicity using the world wide web as the main medium.
8. Network administration: there are a few online jobs that are geared to work on outsourced network administration tasks that are often time-consuming and needs a lot of work done.
9. Personal assistant: there is also a growing demand for virtual assistants. This job is basically a combination of clerical jobs that can be outsourced.

The rapid internet growth has truly made more jobs that many can just simply take some part-time jobs off the internet. It has really made it possible not just to find some published information off the web, but to provide more means to earn such serious job opportunities online.

   Having good skills in writing in english is practically a hobby for me. I love it, grammar and spelling come so naturally for me I feel like I cheated in highschool and college. Data entry wouldn’t be too much like work for me either though it might get a little boring once in a while being so easy and all, but I like your blog here! Thank you very much for sharing it with us!
