I definitely agree with that. I applied to some writing jobs on some freelance site and one of the jobs required doing some series of tasks (recording voice and writing an article) before they get you hired. They often disappear and do not hire anyone.

I find a lot of resources that are easily accessible online. I believe that the problem lies on the varying views of these resources. One person may state this fact, while another may claim an opposing fact. Now this gets others confused.
