A Promising Search Engine to Watch Out

Aug 27, 2008

I got to this new search engine that can be considered as the next addition to the list of search engines to use in my list. Even if the site is still a work in progress, Ranknoodle.com can be used to search for information. Unlike sites like Google and Yahoo, the search results are organized into different sections: a definition, a set of conversation, a list of web results, related articles, pictures and videos.

It seems like Ranknoodle.com is a promising search engine that I hope to hear more buzz soon. I tried to see if this search engine had indexed this blog – the showed up as the first search result of the list (something that Cuil had missed out).

I have been looking at scour recently. I like the idea of the social networking aspect. Do you read Charles Knight’s altsearchengine.com. I love his lists, but I will have to come back to check out your finds. Thank you for introducing me to a new one.

    Hi Raxso!
I’ve seen new search engines adapting to this kind of format. Cuil has this similar format too.

I’m not sure if the new format of these new search engines will kick the Google out of business.

Anyway Ranknoodle is still in its experimental stage. As you will see it looks kind of “unfinished”.
