Once that you account is verified, you can go ahead and withdraw funds to your bank account. FYI: Smart Money is optional - it just lets you save on fees! My paypal accout has a certain amount right now and i added my bank account with BDO wherein i can wtihdraw the money. when i attempted to Withdraw, it said that I have 0.00 limits and I have to link a debit/credit card to lift the limit. My problem is i dont have any of these cards. Can u help me out? my paypal account is premier.
